Do you screen customers before you show them our house?

We try to screen them for the safety of your family, your personal belongings and our own safety. But, some people will not allow that process to take place. The office manager keeps tract of all appointments with our agents to register showings with names to best of our abilities.

If I place my house on the market, how long will it take to sell?

Alot of different factors effect this answer such as the current market, the desirability of your property and location, your asking price and flexibility with that price. We can't force people to buy your home but we represent you and your property in the best light to help it find that perfect buyer.

How much are you going to charge me for placing my property on the market?

We won't charge you anything if we aren't able to secure you a willing and able buyer. If we do, we charge a competitive percent of the SALE price not the list price.
